Mitzi Dixon Gellman was one of five Hickory women who organized a memorial service for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  In her remarks at the service, Mitzi mentioned how she sang "I Am Woman" at the 1977 NCHS Band Variety Show.

Mitzi Dixon Gellman is featured on page 2A of the HDR.  She will be speaking about her work as the Catawba Valley Habitat for Humanity Director at a leadership lecture series at Lenior-Rhyne.  Under Mitzi's over 20 years of leadership, Habitat construction has grown from 20 homes to 180 homes.
